All the things I want to tell you March 9 2019

Whats happening guys, how is everyone?

It’s been a very hard period these last few weeks, the miserable weather and lack of excitement for the new year has been hitting home, but the sun is out and spring is in the air. Despite a grouchy few weeks I’m finally starting to get excited for the year ahead and the possibilities of adventures to hand.

If your new to this series, it is similar to that of “if we went for coffee” but with my own Sophiemags twist, lets gooo…

I want to tell you how excited I am for summer. I have many adventures already booked in the diary and the latest warm weather spell has boosted my mood significantly.

I want to tell you that I am on a take no shit movement at the moment. My entire life has been based around putting others happiness and feelings first and its about time that ended. I have stopped revolving my life around shit people and its made me a better and bigger person.

I want to urge you to keep being sassy. You are on such a sass hype at the moment and I love it. There is an Ariana Grande song for every mood, and if you keep up the can do attitude nothing will get in your way and you will go far.

I also have to remind you that allow your self time to relax and let go. A week off from the gym isn’t a bad thing and one day of not being sassy won’t break you. Embrace all of you.

It’s important to take moments to reflect on your life and what it involves currently which is why I enjoy writing these posts so much. My career path has taken a slight change recently and altho it may have thrown a spanner in the works I’m not panicking but tackling life head on.

  2. This is such a cool idea! I like the one about taking a week of the gym because earlier in the month (when I was also feeling crappy as you said you were) I felt quite bad about it but now after returning I realise it gave my body time to repair and I came back stronger! Thank you for sharing 🙂
